Dredge Robotics Wins Innovative Mining Solution at the 2025 Prospect Awards
Dredge Robotics is proud to announce that our Zero Entry Robotic Dredging System has won the Innovative Mining Solution category at the 2025 Australian Mining Prospect Awards.
The award recognises innovation that is helping drive safer, smarter and more efficient mining operations across Australia. For our team, it is a significant acknowledgement of the impact robotic technology can have on the way mine site water assets are maintained.
Developed in Australia, Dredge Robotics’ Zero Entry Robotic Dredging System provides a remotely operated, no-entry solution for cleaning mine site ponds, tanks and tailings facilities.
Traditional dredging methods can require shutdowns, extensive equipment mobilisation and personnel working in hazardous or confined environments. Our system is designed to remove those risks by allowing dredging work to be completed remotely in live operating environments.
Winning the Innovative Mining Solution award is a proud moment for the entire Dredge Robotics team and reflects the practical innovation, engineering capability and safety-first thinking behind the system.
It also reinforces the growing role that robotics can play in helping mining operations reduce risk, maintain production and manage critical water infrastructure more effectively.
