Dredge Robotics Leadership Team Wins 2025 WHS Leadership & Achievement Award
Dredge Robotics is proud to announce that our Leadership Team has won the Executive / Management Role – Leadership & Achievement Award at the 2025 WHS Awards.
Hosted by the WHS Foundation, the awards recognise individuals, teams and organisations making a meaningful contribution to safer and healthier workplaces across Western Australia.
The award acknowledges the leadership behind Dredge Robotics’ long-standing commitment to eliminating human exposure to high-risk water asset maintenance tasks. From our beginnings in commercial diving through to the development of world-leading zero-entry robotic dredging systems, safety has remained at the centre of every decision.
Our leadership team has worked to build a culture where safety is more than a requirement. It is embedded in the way we design technology, plan work, support our people and work alongside clients.
By replacing traditional diving and confined-space entry with remotely operated robotic systems, Dredge Robotics is helping remove people from hazardous environments while supporting safer, more efficient maintenance of critical water assets.
The recognition also reflects the work of our broader team. A number of Dredge Robotics employees attended the gala event at Crown Perth to celebrate the achievement together, a fitting reflection of the shared commitment, teamwork and values that underpin our safety culture.
