Yes, in almost all circumstances we are able to safely clean and inspect your asset without the need to take it out of service. This can eliminate costly downtime and allow maintenance to be completed outside of shutdown windows.

Can you assist me to recover valuable resources from the sediment in my ponds?

Yes. Our robotic technology is regularly utilised to recover gold, mineral crystals and other valuable resources from lined storage dams. We can provide an end to end service including dewatering of the dredged material to separate out the valuable material from the dredged mud.

THE PROBLEM

A major Australian utility required an online robotic dredging solution to clean its wastewater treatment pond. The pond was heavily laden with sludge, sediment, rocks and foreign objects, which posed a significant challenge to traditional cleaning methods.

THE CHALLENGE

The project demanded a robotic dredging solution capable of operating in extremely shallow water depths and zero visibility. The system needed to be highly effective in removing not only sludge and sediment but also rocks and other foreign objects that could obstruct the cleaning process.
